Bullyliner™ utilizes technology used on both the space shuttle and B2 bomber to vulcanise Rubber onto Anything & Everything.
Bullyliner™ is single component, no isocyanates or harmful catalysts. What's impressive is the paint is water based and environmentally friendly and easy to Brush, Roll or Spray-on. If applying by spray gun a 3mm nozzle is required, you can also apply by stone guard or Schultz style underbody guns.

When painting the following substrates we suggest:
Steel - all bare steel should be coated with a etch primer to ensure it is sealed before apply Bully
Aluminium - wipe down with prep wash and paint directly to surface
ABS - prep surface with adhesion promoter and plastic primer as per standard bumper repair
Painted surface - sand surface with min 120g paper to remove all shine.
NOTE: all substrates should be sanded to ensure the paint keys in, the paint will adhere as good as your surface is prepped.
4lts of Bully covers approximately 24sq/m. Minimum 2 coats are required for light to moderate abrasion resistance. 3 or more coats are required for commercial use. Bully can be applied to any thickness, provided adequate curing between coats. Standard curing time is 72hrs from application, the cross-linking chemical curing process is accelerated by UV light exposure.
