4X4 Wagon Sound Deadening Packs

Control sound and heat in your truck ready for touring. This pack contains enough insulation to cover 4x4 wagons such as Nissan Patrols and Toyota Land Cruisers

STANDARD PACK

•  Pack 1 comes with Waterproof Carpet underlay - a peel and stick closed cell foam that you stick on the Sound Deadener. 

The 4x4 Wagon Floor pan pack includes:
SKU: 4X4_WGN_1  (approx 30kg)
3 Boxes (5.4 sq/m) of Stage 1 Sound Deadener -  Install on your floor, firewall, inner 1/4 panels, rear wheel arches
2 Boxes (3.6 sq/m) Water Proof Carpet Underlay -  Light weight, closed cell, peel and stick foam. At 10mm the waterproof underlay will replicate your factory underlay, reduce heat transfer and will cover your floor pan and rear firewall.
1 Sheet (1.5 sq/m) Mass Noise Liner - 2 in 1 closed cell thermal water proof underlay with the addition of a heavy weight mass loaded vinyl. This material is a dense sound transmission barrier typically used in luxury vehicles. The MNL is also removable and efficient to install. Install in rear cargo area direct to sheet metal as a sound blanket. DO NOT PUT SOUND DEADENER UNDERNEATH THIS. 
1 x Install kit - Application Roller, Utility Knife and Aluminium Foil Tape

 

PREMIUM PACKS

Please note that pre-cut floors will dispatch within 3-5 business days.

• Pack 2, 3 and 4 come with Mass Noise Liner - a premium non stick underlay, is closed cell foam with a 2mm thick mass loaded vinyl layer on top. This is waterproof as well, and utilising the vinyl layer as a sound blanket it blocks more sound than Waterproof Underlay.

Pack 2 (approx 45kg)
3 Boxes (5.4 sq/m) of Stage 1 Sound Deadener -  Install on your floor, firewall, inner 1/4 panels and rear wheel arches.
3 Sheets (4.5 sq/m)  Mass Noise Liner - 2 in 1 closed cell thermal water proof underlay with the addition of a heavy weight mass loaded vinyl, install in carpet area up to the rear cargo area. Note carpet gets installed directly ontop of this product.
1 Sheet (1.5 sq/m)  Mass Noise Liner - 2 in 1 closed cell thermal water proof underlay with the addition of a heavy weight mass loaded vinyl install in cargo area. DO NOT PUT SOUND DEADENER UNDERNEATH THIS.

Pack 3 (approx 55kg)
4 Boxes (7.2 sq/m) of Stage 1 Sound Deadener -  Install on your floor, firewall, inner 1/4 panels, rear wheel arches and door skins.
3 Sheets (4.5 sq/m)  Mass Noise Liner - 2 in 1 closed cell thermal water proof underlay with the addition of a heavy weight mass loaded vinyl, install in carpet area up to the rear cargo area. Note carpet gets installed directly ontop of this product.
1 Sheet (1.5 sq/m)   Mass Noise Liner - 2 in 1 closed cell thermal water proof underlay with the addition of a heavy weight mass loaded vinyl install in cargo area. DO NOT PUT SOUND DEADENER UNDERNEATH THIS.
