Car-Rep Transparent Plastic Primer is especially developed for plastic surfaces, including chrome.  Due to strong adhesion, the primer can be applied to hard-plastic parts of vehicles or any other objects for interior and exterior use. Applicable for the following hard plastics: ABS (acrylic butadiene styrene plastics), EPDM (polypropylene rubber, modified), Hard PVC (hard polyvinyl chloride), Glass-fibre and glass-fibre reinforced plastics, PA (polyamide), PUR (polyurethane).  Before priming check the suitability of the primer on a small surface area.

Instructions for use:

Abrade plastic with red scotchbrite/scouer pad.  Clean plastic (wipe-on/wipe-off) with Car Builders ‘SoPro Surface Prep Cleaner’.  Shake ‘Car-Rep Plastic Primer’ can for 3 minutes.  Apply 2 thin coats, leaving 5 minutes between coats.  After approx. 10-15 mins apply your coating.  Please refer to Technical Data Sheets (TDS’s) for further information.
