Ford Transit Van LWB Packs

Our Ford Transit Van Long Wheel Base, High Roof, Single Sliding Door pack is designed to suit 2024+ models. This kit combines vibration control and thermal insulation to improve cabin comfort, reduce road noise, and create a more refined driving experience.

The pack includes Stage 1 Sound Deadener, which is applied strategically throughout the vehicle to reduce panel vibration and resonance. The Transit Van only requires targeted coverage in key areas such as large flat panels in the side walls, roof, and doors. Stage 2 Van Liner comes pre-cut, allowing you to efficiently cover major sheet metal surfaces including the roof, side walls, and rear doors. This helps minimise heat transfer while further reducing noise inside the cabin.

The Ford Transit Van 2024+ Insulation Pack includes:

• 8 Boxes of Stage 1 Sound Deadener – Apply to key panels to control vibration and resonance.

• 6 Pre-cut Van Liner Sections – Designed to suit the roof, side walls, and rear sections.

• 2 Rolls Van Liner Tape – For sealing joins between Van Liner sections.

• 2 Rolls Aluminium Foil Tape – Ideal for finishing edges and sealing insulation layers.

• 1 Cans of Spray Adhesive – Ensures strong, lasting adhesion of insulation materials.

• 1 x Install Kit – Includes application roller and utility knife.

Optional Add-On – Van Seal (Stage 3)

• 3 Rolls Van Seal – Designed to seal internal cavities before panel installation, creating a fully enclosed insulation barrier.
