Our Mercedes Benz Sprinter pack is based on a 3rd gen 2018- current vans 419. The pack comes with Stage 1 Sound Deadener, the Sprinter only requires a small amount of Sound Deadener to be spaced out. Covering areas not adequately already covered from factory, like the front nose cone, portions of the side walls and roof. Stage 2 Van Liner comes pre-cut the allow you to cover the entire roof skin, side walls, inside quarter panels, sliding door/s and rear doors. This does not include Van Liner for the front driver and passengers as it is not practical to install in these areas.
Additional Insulation Seal - Stage 3. Van Seal allows you to create the ultimate insulation, forming a sealed wall cavity before lining the roof and side walls with panelling.
In short:
Stage 1 Sound Deadener - controls panel resonance and vibration.
Stage 2 Van Liner - Cover all exterior facing sheet metal surfaces, reducing heat transfer and heat loss, also further reduces sound travel.
Stage 3 Van Seal - Cover all inner structure before applying interior panels, create a 100% sealed barrier like a cooler bag, double insulating the interior compartment.
