Van Seal is the final barrier designed to create a sealed inner cocoon in your van. Van Seal will prevent thermal bridging, stopping any radiant heat in its tracks. Simply line the whole inside of your van from floor to ceiling before structurally lining walls, floor and ceilings.

Application 

Recommended order of insulation:
Van sheet metal ➜ Stage 1 Sound Deadener ➜ Van Liner ➜ try to leave an air gap here ➜ Van Seal 
To attach to walls you can use our Premium Spray adhesive 
To seal off any joins or gaps use our Van Liner tape

This Van seal is the final layer after the 10mm Van liner ( and deadener if you wish. ) Being light weight I found one can of spray on glue all I needed for a LWB VW T5 rear cabin. I needed just over one roll to get the job done, only used a meter length out of the second roll, but will use the rest in the front cabin one day when I pull the lining. Easy to work with, and the crosshatch pattern on the foil makes cutting straight lines incredibly easy! Their whole system for insulating vans in highly recommended.

I used this product for the first time on the ceiling and walls of a canopy on a ute I was fitting out for extended travel. I've only just fitted the insulation and not had hot days yet to comment on its effectiveness, but it has to be better than bare aluminium transferring heat into the canopy. I can comment on how easy it was to fit. I used the Car Builders spray glue and started by gluing one edge first. When satisfied the insulation was straight I sprayed 300mm strips at a time. This prevented the foam sticking to the walls/ceiling unintentionally and let me control its positioning. So easy to apply while working alone. I'm very happy with the results.
